  : I have bad knees, and had questions about payment and receipts for lodging as my company was paying for it. However, I was inquiring about my moving to a first floor room the lady at the desk spoke no English and did not seem to understand anything I asked her. I never got a receipt nor did I get a room on first level so I had to carry all my luggage upstairs. Upon entry towards the stairs was a huge trip hazard on the concrete which nearly caused me to fall.. The toilet was a squatty potty. a child's size. Don't worry, I will not be back.

  : I liked the location, I liked the room view. I liked the room lighting.
  : i didn't like having to pay the front desk after already paying booking.com for the same room. the woman at the front desk didn't speak English very well and she didn't understand when I tried to explain to her I already paid she insisted running my Credit Card before she would give me room keys, so I was charged twice, After paying When I was walking out of the lobby she followed me out and said something in her language, she tried using her English, but she just didn't have enough for me to understand what she was asking me or telling me idk she was friendly and polite, just lacking English, so if it wasn't for paying twice my overall rating would change completely
