: Our room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The furnishings were not new and modern but were very functional. We were very pleased with the condition of the room especially for the price. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early upon our arrival. He even found us a hose so we could wash our bikes!
: There was a laundry room available on site but it wasn't very clean. The washer quit working during a load but the owner returned our money and we were able to put our clothes into a different washer.

: the room was dumpy, not all that clean. had many smokers next to my unit. was difficult to not have smoke come into your room.

: i didn't like having to pay the front desk after already paying booking.com for the same room. the woman at the front desk didn't speak English very well and she didn't understand when I tried to explain to her I already paid she insisted running my Credit Card before she would give me room keys, so I was charged twice, After paying When I was walking out of the lobby she followed me out and said something in her language, she tried using her English, but she just didn't have enough for me to understand what she was asking me or telling me idk she was friendly and polite, just lacking English, so if it wasn't for paying twice my overall rating would change completely

: * TV didn't work (well, cable didn't work no matter what we tried, just was static)* Got woken up at 5:30am to a LOUD LONG BEEP that lasted 15-20 seconds... almost like the beep from a fire alarm, but continuous* Smelt like cigarettes... extremely, needed to wash clothes upon leaving* Bed uncomfortable* Check-in lady didn't speak English... but she made an effort!
